Where the heck did this year go?. Here we are just hours away from Thanksgiving and the official start of the Christmas Selling Season (In truth, this season actually started in October). Be that as it may, Black Friday has already started at some stores. And those that have not started have had their sale prices leaked on the Net. We are off and running.
But not all Black Friday sales are worth doing. That is why we have assembled a couple of articles that give you the best and the worst of all these “great” deals. If you are an iPhone or iPad user, be sure and check out the Back Friday Apps story listed in the Mobile Computing section. These will save you a ton of time.
By the way, if you have been wanting to get into Apple products, this is a great time. Apple has put the majority of their products on sale at great sale prices. I don’t think they have ever done this before, at least not at these discounts. But if you are looking for a specific Apple product, be sure to check out all the stores (using one of those apps listed below is a perfect way to do this). Not all sale prices are the same. For instance, an iPad Mini is $50 less at Staples than at Best Buy.
Anyway, I hope you can find some great deals for yourself. And don’t forget…Cyber Monday immediately follows Black Friday. The mind boggles. Happy Thanksgiving to you all. -JRC
